健康教育临床护理路径应用于糖尿病护理效果观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的:观察健康教育临床护理路径应用于糖尿病的护理效果。方法:根据随机数字表法的原则抽取2016年6月~2017年7月期间在某院进行糖尿病治疗的100例患者,并且按照给予患者不同的护理方法将这100例患者实施平均分组进行治疗,50例患者归为观察组,另50例患者纳进对照组。对照组患者采用常规护理作为首选护理方案,而观察组患者则是选择健康教育临床护理路径进行医治,对比两组患者的护理满意度以及健康教育达标情况。结果:观察组的护理满意度(96.00%)显著高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05);观察组的达标率(96.00%)高于对照组的82.00%(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育临床护理路径使用于糖尿病患者的临床护理中,能够有效提高患者对自身疾病的了解度,提高患者的护理满意,此法值得在各大基层医院的临床护理中广泛推广使用。 Objective:To observe the nursing effect of health education clinical nursing pathway applied in diabetes.Methods:According to the principle of random number table method,100patients who received diabetes treatment in a hospital from June 2016to July 2017were selected,and these 100patients were divided into average groups according to different nursing methods.50patients were included in the observation group,and the other 50were included in the control group.In the control group,routine nursing was used as the preferred care plan,while the patients in the observation group were treated with the healthy education clinical nursing pathway.Compared the nursing satisfaction of the two groups and the healthy education standard.Results:The nursing satisfaction of observation group(96.00%)was significantly higher than 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The index of observation group(96.00%)was higher than 82.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Health education clinical nursing path used in the clinical nursing of patients with diabetes can effectively improve the patients'understanding of their own diseases,improve the satisfaction of nursing patients.This method is worthy to be widely used in the clinical nursing of primary hospitals.
