人性化护理在艾滋病临床护理中的应用效果研究

Effect of Humanized Nursing in Clinical Nursing of AIDS

目的:分析人性化护理在艾滋病临床护理中的应用效果。方法:选取在某院接受治疗的60例艾滋病患者作为本次的研究对象,入院时间均在2016年1月份~2017年4月份期间,将其依据单双号随机分组的方式平均分为对照组(单号)与观察组(双号),每组各有患者30例。其中对照组患者行常规护理,观察组患者行人性化护理,对两组之间的CD4值、症状体征总积分、感冒次数、体质量、卡洛夫斯基积分以及护理满意度进行对比。结果:观察组患者的CD4值、症状体征总积分、感冒次数、体质量、卡洛夫斯基积分以及护理满意度均优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:人性化护理在艾滋病临床护理中的应用效果显著,值得推广实施。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of humanized nursing in AIDS clinical nursing.Methods:60AIDS patients treated in a hospital were selected as the subjects of this study.The time of admission was from January 2016to April 2017,and they were divided into control group(single number)and observation group(double number)according to the random grouping method,30patients in each group,in which the control group received routine care,the observation group received humanized care,and the CD4 value,total score of symptoms and signs,number of colds,body mass,karofsky score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The CD4value,total score of symptoms and signs,number of colds,body weight,karofsky score and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were better than those of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of humanistic nursing in the clinical nursing of AIDS is significant and worthy of promotion.
