媒体融合背景下地方新型主流媒体建构策略研究 被引量:4

摘要 新型主流媒体是一个系统化、立体式、完整开放的网状媒体,既有中央级、省级新型主流媒体,也要有区域性、贴近性、专业性极强的地方新型主流媒体。在建构地方新型主流媒体的过程中,需要充分了解和稔熟融媒体环境下信息传播的特点和用户心理,观照媒体融合之于社会发展间的关系,积极加强新闻策划,引导公众参与公共事务;注重对当地历史文化的传承;提升媒体的人文主义精神,拥抱新技术,但拒绝被技术垄断,从而将地方媒体打造成基于贴近性的综合信息服务平台。 The new mainstream media is a systematic,three-dimensional,complete and open reticular media system.It has the new mainstream media not only at the central and provincial levels,but also at the regional,close and professional levels.In the process of constructing the new mainstream local media,it is necessary to fully understand and familiar with the information dissemination characteristics o and users'psychological needs in the environment of media convergence,to observe the relationship between media integration and social development,to actively strengthen the planning ability of local public news guiding the public to participate in public affairs,to pay attention to the inheritance of local history and culture,to enhance the humanistic spirit of the media,and to rely on technology cautiously to be blindly monopolized.Consequently,local media will be built as an integrated information service platform on proximity.
