精准资助背景下高职院校资助育人工作探析——以H职业技术学院为例

An Analysis of the Subsidized Education in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Precision Subsidy——Taking H Vocational and Technical College as an Example

高职院校担负着重要的精准资助育人任务,为了更好地促进资助工作与育人工作的结合,通过对某高职院校近三年的学生精准资助工作情况进行分析,发现资助工作存在的主要问题是资助对象的精准识别存在困难、资助资源有限及资助育人的情感激励不足等。建议通过大数据技术建立学校精准资助机制;积极拓宽资助资金来源渠道;全社会加强资助育人意识。

High vocational colleges take the great responsibility of subsidizing students precisely.To better promote the work integration between subsidizing and educating,this paper carries out an analysis by adopting the precision subsidy data in the past three years from one high vocational college.The results show that there are many problems do exist,such as the difficulties in identifying the subsidy target,the limited subsidy resources,the insufficient emotional stimulation of subsidizing education,and so on.It is suggested to establish a precision subsidizing mechanism for colleges by using big data,actively expand financing channels and strengthen the awareness of subsidized education in the whole society.
