摘要
首先通过对于某地的实际燃气管网进行调研,结合我国燃气管网事故情况和事故机理分析,构建了燃气管网风险评估指标体系。其次,引入熵权法和层次分析法进行组合赋权,建立燃气管网风险评估模型。最后,通过实际案例分析验证了该风险评价模型的可操作性和有效性。结果表明:该模型能够综合管网信息、专家意见和事故资料,实现对燃气管网风险的有效评估。
Firstly,based on the investigation of an actual gas network some where,the risk assessment index system of gas network is constructed based on the analysis of the accident situation and the accident mechanism of the gas network in China.Secondly,this paper introduces the method of entropy weight and analytic hierarchy process to build the risk assessment model of gasnetwork.Finally,feasibility and effectiveness of the risk assessment model are verified by case study.The results show that the model can synthesize the pipeline network information,expert opinion and accident data,thus achievethe effective evaluation of the gas pipeline risk.
