摘要
采用MIDAS/GEN软件建立了某厚板转换层高层建筑的多尺度有限元模型,进行抗震性能分析,其中转换层厚板采用实体单元,剪力墙和楼板采用板单元,梁、柱采用梁单元。分析结果表明:转换厚板无论是在静力工况下还是在中震或是大震作用下X向正应力、Y向正应力和剪应力均在上下剪力墙位置及洞口附近产生较大的应力集中,且超出了材料拉压应力强度值,建议应采取有效的措施对这些应力集中位置进行加强。总体上,厚板转换层可满足“中震弹性、大震不屈服”的抗震性能要求。
Multi-scale finite element model of the thick plate transition layer of a high-rise building are built by using MIDAS/GEN software,to study the seismic performance of the building.The thick plate of the transition layer is simulated using solid elements,shear walls and floors are simulated using slab elements,beams and columns are simulated using beam elements.The analysis results show that the large stress concentrations of X direction positive stress,Y direction positive stress and shear stress are produced in both the upper and lower shear walls and near the hole which are beyond the tensile stress strength of the material under static and moderate or rare earthquakes.It is suggested that effective measures should be taken to strengthen the location of these stress concentrations.In general,the thick plate transition layer can meet the seismic performance requirement of"keep elastic under moderate earthquake and unyielding under major earthquake".
