摘要 为了在现代社会发展建设过程中安全使用混凝土,提升建筑安全性,实现建筑业与土木工程业节能减排的目标,本研究选取了四类轻质骨料(天然河砂掺入砂石骨料、自燃煤砂掺碎石、自燃煤骨料配合天然砂以及自燃煤砂掺自燃煤骨料),试制了四类混凝土试件并对其进行力学强度试验研究。研究结果表明,自燃煤轻质骨料受到单侧载荷压力后的破坏特性与常规混凝土较为相似,整体上经历了弹性形变、出现裂缝、裂缝随机发展以及最终完全破坏的四个阶段,得到四类混凝土试件的应力应变特性变化曲线,结果显示自燃煤轻质骨料较为适合制作较低等级的混凝土。 In order to use concrete safely in the development of modem society,improve building safety and achieve the goal of energy saving and emission reduction in construction industry and civil engineering industry,four types of lightweight aggregates(natural river sand mixed with gravel aggregate,spontaneous combustion coal sand mixed with gravel,spontaneous combustion coal aggregate mixed with natural sand and spontaneous combustion coal aggregate)were selected,and four types of concrete specimens were tested and compared in the study.The results of mechanical strength test showed that the failure characteristics of self-ignited coal lightweight aggregate under unilateral loading were similar to those of conventional concrete.It went through four stages:elastic deformation,cracks,random development of cracks and ultimately complete failure.The stress-strain curves of four types of concrete specimens were obtained.The results showed that the self-ignited coal lightweight aggregate was more suitable for making low-grade concrete,and at the same time,it made great contribution to energy saving and emission reduction in China.
