摘要
通过对国外某海滨砂矿难选锆中矿进行工艺矿物学和选矿分离试验研究,采用湿式磁选—重选—干式磁选—电选联合选矿工艺流程,最终得到富钛钛铁矿含TiO 252.31%,金红石含TiO 292.43%,锆英石含Zr(Hf)O 265.10%,独居石精矿含REO61.77%产品,为同类型海滨砂矿综合回收利用提供了技术依据.
Based on the process mineralogy and separation test on a refractory foreign seashore zirconiummedium,a wet magnetic separation-gravity separation-dry magnetic separation-electrical separation combined beneficiation process was used to obtain titanium-rich ilmenite(52.31%TiO 2)and rutile(92.43%TiO 2),zircon(65.10%Zr(Hf)O 2)and monazite concentrate(61.77%REO)products,and provides a technical basis for comprehensive recovery and utilization of the similar coastal sand ore.
