摘要
目的制备复方牛磺酸和茶多酚棕榈酸酯咀嚼片,并建立体外溶出测定方法。方法将牛磺酸、茶多酚棕榈酸酯和山梨醇、三氯蔗糖、微粉硅胶、十二烷基硫酸钠、柠檬酸等辅料采用粉末直压的方法制备咀嚼片。分别采用柱前衍生高效液相色谱法和紫外分光光度法定量测定牛磺酸和茶多酚的溶出度。结果咀嚼片口感酸甜可口,清新,硬度适中。在45 min内,牛磺酸和脂溶性茶多酚的溶出度均大于80%。结论制备的咀嚼片口感好,硬度适中;溶出度测定方法准确,专属性良好,精密度高,可行性强。
Objective To prepare compound taurine and lipid-soluble tea polyphenols palmitate chewable tablets and determine their quality.Methods The chewable tablets were prepared by direct press of powder.The dissolution of taurine and tea polyphenols were determined by HPLC and UV spectrophotometry.Results The chewable tablets tasted sweet and sour,fresh with moderate hardness.The dissolution of both taurine and tea polyphenols were greater than 80%within 45 minutes.Conclusion The chewable tablets taste good with moderate hardness.Dissolution determination is accurate,specific,precise and feasible.
