摘要
目的建立脓肿分枝杆菌脑脓肿实验模型。方法选用健康日本大耳白兔,采用锥颅注射脓肿分枝杆菌方法,建立脓肿分枝杆菌脑脓肿模型,并通过观察动物体温、行为、颅脑CT、MRI、家兔脑组织切片来验证。结果兔颅脑CT、MRI证实了脑脓肿,脑组织切片证实为炎性浸润,该造模方法确切有效。结论通过锥颅注射脓肿分枝杆菌来构建日本大耳白兔脑脓肿模型具有可行性。
Objective To establish an experimental model of mycobacterium abscess brain abscess.Methods A model of mycobacterium abscess brain was established by injecting mycobacterium abscess into the cranium of healthy Japanese big-eared white rabbits,and was verified by observing the body temperature,behavior,brain CT,MRI and rabbit brain tissue sections.Results The method was exact and effective.Brain abscess was confirmed by CT and MRI of the rabbit skull,and brain biopsy demonstrated an inflammatory infiltration.Conclusion Animal models of brain abscess may be established by injecting mycobacterium abscess into the cranial cone.
