1例肺癌患者使用纳武利尤单抗致免疫相关性肺炎的药学实践

Pharmaceutical care for a lung cancer patient with immuno-associated pneumonia induced by nivolumab

临床药师参与1例肺癌患者使用纳武利尤单抗致免疫相关性肺炎的治疗过程,对其不良反应进行关联性评价,通过查阅文献对免疫相关性肺炎治疗方案进行汇总梳理,与医师共同制订糖皮质激素的治疗方案,对患者进行用药教育及电话随访。临床药师参与免疫治疗相关的不良反应处理,提高患者治疗的安全性和有效性,促进药物的合理使用。

Clinical pharmacists participated in the treatment of a lung cancer patient with immuno-associated pneumonia induced by nivolumab, and evaluated the adverse drug reactions. We summarized the treatment of immuno-associated pneumonia through literature review, assisted doctors to formulate a treatment plan of glucocorticoids. Drug usage education was provided, and the patient was followed up after the discharge. The participation of clinical pharmacists in adverse reactions associated with immunotherapy helped improve the efficacy and safety of targeted therapy and promote the rational drug use.
