《中国药典》2015年版一部收载含当归及其炮制品成方制剂的归类分析

Classification of formula preparations containing Angelica sinensis and their processed products in Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2015 Edition(Volume 1)

目的对《中国药典》2015年版一部中收载的含当归及其炮制品成方制剂进行系统的归类分析,为含当归制剂的用药研究提供参考。方法利用Excel将含当归及其炮制品的成方制剂按照名称、组成药味、选材、剂型、制法、特殊用药方法、功效、注意事项等几大类进行数据收集,并将其归类分析。结果本次统计《中国药典》2015年版一部中收载了286种含当归及其炮制品成方制剂,组成药味数集中在6~15种,绝大部分选用当归入药,制法以直接粉碎和水煎煮为主,应用比较广泛。结论今后可以根据《中国药典》2015年版一部中收载的含当归及其炮制品成方制剂开发出新的含当归制剂。

Objective To systematically classify the preparations containing Angelica sinensis and their processed products in Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2015 Edition(Volume 1), and to provide reference for the research of preparations containing Angelica sinensis. Methods Excel was used to collect data and classify the preparations and their processed products according to their names, compositions, material selection, formulations, preparation administration, special medication methods, efficacy and precautions. Results Totally 286 formula preparations containing Angelica sinensis and their processed products were collected in the 2015 Edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia. The number of components ranged 6-15 kinds, most of which were Angelica sinensis medicine. The preparation method was mainly direct grinding and water decoction, and was widely used. Conclusion New preparations containing Angelica sinensis and their processed products can be developed according to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2015 Edition.
