煤焦沥青烟提取物中多环芳烃含量的GC-MS法测定 被引量:6

摘要 目的:建立一种快速、高效的检测煤焦沥青烟提取物中12种多环芳烃含量的方法。方法:通过全扫描模式(SCAN法)优化色谱、质谱条件,采用GC-MS法检测煤焦沥青烟提取物中12种多环芳烃的含量。结果:在优化条件下12种多环芳烃标准曲线的决定系数R 2≥0.9951,线性范围为25~650μg/L,检出限最低可达0.50μg/L;煤焦沥青烟提取物中12种多环芳烃菲、荧蒽、芘、苯并[a]蒽,苯并[a]菲、苯并[b]荧蒽、苯并[k]荧蒽、苯并[a]芘、茚苯[1,2,3-c,d]芘、二苯并[a,h]蒽、苯并[g,h,i]苝、二苯并[a,l]芘的含量分别为18.26、44.42、43.59、47.39、55.28、44.69、21.34、29.44、11.98、6.55、10.36、1.55 g/kg,占提取物总量的33.48%。结论:本方法操作简单,准确性好,灵敏度高,适用于煤焦沥青烟提取物中多环芳烃的测定;煤焦沥青烟提取物中多环芳烃的含量较高。 Aim:To establish a rapid and efficient method for the detection of 12 kinds of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)in coal tar pitch smoke extracts.Methods:GC-MS conditions were optimized by full scan mode(SCAN method).GC-MS method was used to determine the content of 12 kinds of PAHs in coal tar pitch smoke extracts.Results:Under optimized conditions,calibration curves of 12 kinds of PAHs were all linear with correlation coefficient of determination R 2 no less than 0.9951.The linear rang was 25-650μg/L,and the detection limit was up to 0.50μg/L.The contents of 12 kinds of PAHs in coal tar pitch smoke extracts(PHE,FLT,PYR,BaA,BaPh,BbF,BkF,BaP,IPY,DBA,BPE and DBP)were 18.26,44.42,43.59,47.39,55.28,44.69,21.34,29.44,11.98,6.55,10.36,1.55 g/kg,respectively,accounting for 33.48%of the total extract.Conclusion:The detection method established in this experiment is simple,accurate,and highly sensitive and is suitable for detection of PAHs in coal tar pitch smoke extracts.The content of PAHs in coal tar pitch smoke extracts is high.
