糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂联合盐酸氮卓斯汀治疗过敏性鼻炎的疗效观察

Efficacy of mometasone furoate nasal spray combined with azelastine hydrochloride in the treatment of patients with allergic rhinitis

目的:观察糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂联合盐酸氮卓斯汀治疗过敏性鼻炎的疗效。方法:98例过敏性鼻炎患者按照治疗方法的不同分为对照组和观察组(n=49)。对照组患者单独使用糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂进行治疗,观察组患者采用糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂联合盐酸氮卓斯汀治疗,两组疗程均为4周。记录两组患者临床疗效,比较其治疗前、治疗4周时鼻部症状和体征评分、血清学指标[白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-12(IL-12)、γ-干扰素(INF-γ)、血管细胞黏附分子1(VCAM-1)、IgE]水平,分析不良反应发生率。结果:对照组总有效率低于观察组(P<0.05)。治疗4周后,两组患者鼻部各项症状、体征评分及血清IL-4、VCAM-1、IgE水平均比治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),而血清IL-12、INF-γ水平则比治疗前明显上升(P<0.05);且观察组治疗前后的症状评分、体征评分差值和IL-4、IL-12、INF-γ、VCAM-1、IgE差值均大于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗过程中两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂联合盐酸氮卓斯汀治疗过敏性鼻炎的疗效优于单独使用糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂。

Aim:To observe the efficacy of mometasone furoate nasal spray combined with azelastine hydrochloride in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Method:A total of 98 cases of patients with allergic rhinitis were allocated into control group and observation group,with 49 cases in each group.Control group was only given mometasone furoate nasal spray,and observation group was given mometasone furoate nasal spray combined with azelastine hydrochloride,and the two groups were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy was recorded.The nasal symptoms and signs scores,and levels of serum markers[IL-4,IL-12,INF-γ,serum vascular cell adhesion molecule 1(VCAM-1),IgE]were compared before treatment and after 4 weeks of treatment.The incidence rate of adverse reactions was analyzed.Results:The total effective rate in control group was lower than that in observation group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of nasal symptoms and signs scores and the levels of serum IL-4,VCAM-1 and IgE in the two groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment while the levels of serum IL-12 and INF-γwere significantly increased compared with those before treatment,and the differences of symptoms scores,signs scores and the differences of IL-4,IL-12,INF-γ,VCAM-1 and IgE before and after treatment in observation group were greater than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of mometasone furoate nasal spray combined with azelastine hydrochloride is better than that of mometasone furoate nasal spray in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.
