本文重点研究了同轴连接器的结构偏心问题,分析了不同类型的连接器相对于结构偏心的敏感度,给出了绝缘子和内导体的装配间隙所引起偏心大小的计算方法。本文对同轴连接器的设计、加工装配具有一定的指导意义。

This paper focuses on the structural misalignments of coaxial connectors,discusses the sensitivityofdifferenttypes of coaxial connectors relative to the structural misalignment,gives the calculationmethod of misalignment caused by assembly clearance between isolate support and inner conductor.This paper has some guidance for the design and assembly of coaxial connector.
