尿路造口出院患者延续护理需求评估量表的研制

Development of continuous nursing needs assessment scale for urostomy discharged patients

目的编制尿路造口出院患者延续护理需求评估量表,并检测其信效度,为临床护理人员评估尿路造口出院患者的延续护理需求提供有效的测评工具。方法采用文献回顾、质性访谈法、Delphi专家函询法、预调查形成初始量表,对山东省6所三级甲等医院出院后的尿路造口患者进行调查,评价量表的信度和效度。结果量表包括造口护理技巧需求、日常生活健康指导需求、情感支持/心理疏导需求、便捷服务渠道需求、社会支持需求、症状管理与识别需求6个维度共38个条目。探索性因子分析抽取6个公因子,累计方差贡献率为83.429%,量表条目水平的内容效度指数为0.78~1.00,量表水平的内容效度指数为0.965。量表总的Cronbach’sα系数为0.949,折半信度为0.965,重测信度为0.940。结论尿路造口出院患者延续护理需求评估量表具有较好的信效度,可用于评估尿路造口出院患者的延续护理需求情况。

Objective To develop the evaluation scale of continuous nursing needs of urostomy patients,and to test the reliability and validity of the scale,so as to provide an effective tool for clinical nurses to evaluate the continuous nursing needs of urostomy patients after discharged.Methods By using the methods of literature review,qualitative interview,Delphi expert inquiry,and pre-investigation,initial scale was formed.To evaluate the reliability and validity of the scale,a formal investigation was carried out among patients with urostomy after discharge from 6 3 A-level hospitals in Shandong Province.Results The final evaluation scale included 38 items in six dimensions.Those/psychological evacuation,convenient service channel requirements,social support requirements,symptom management and identification requirements. Six common factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis,the cumulative variance contribution rate was 83.429%,the content validity index of each item of the scale was0.78~1.00,and the content validity index of the total scale was 0.965.The total Cronbach’s α coefficient of the scale was 0.949,the compromise half reliability was 0.965,and the retest reliability was 0.940.Conclusion The continuous nursing needs assessment scale has good reliability and validity,and can be used as a tool to evaluate the continuous nursing needs of urostomy patients after discharged.
