手术体位对眼压的影响及护理研究进展

Research progress of the influence of the operative position on the intraocular pressure and the nursing

术中眼压升高已经成为术后失明的独立高危因素,随着国内外临床人员对围手术期眼压的研究逐步开展,人们对手术体位对眼压的影响有了初步认知。文章从不同手术体位对眼压的影响、减轻不同手术体位对眼压影响的护理措施、手术患者眼压升高的风险评估和术中监测体系的建立等方面进行综述,并对未来该方面研究和临床护理进行展望,为手术室护理人员在手术体位摆放时预防眼压升高提供参考依据。

The increased intraocular pressure had become an independent high risk factor for postoperative visual loss.People had a preliminary understanding of the influence of the operative position on the intraocular pressure under the development of the perioperative intraocular pressure research which was conducted by both domestic and abroad clinical personnel.In the review,the author summed up an overall summary upon varies sectors,including the different operative positions on the intraocular pressure,the nursing measures to reduce the influence of the different operation positions on the intraocular pressure,the risk assessment of the increased intraocular pressure in the surgical patients and the establishment of the intraoperative intraocular pressure monitoring.Moreover,the author looked forward to the prospects of both future research and nursing,in order to provide references for operating room nurses to prevent the increase of intraocular pressure during the placement of operative position.
