摘要
为了探究不同激素对苜蓿无菌苗不同外植体诱导效果的影响,采用不同质量浓度激素配比对4种外植体进行愈伤组织诱导,筛选不同外植体最佳愈伤组织诱导培养基.结果表明,下胚轴最佳诱导培养基为MS+2,4-D 1.0 mg/L+6-BA 1.0 mg/L;茎最佳诱导培养基为MS+2,4-D 2.0 mg/L+6-BA 0.5 mg/L;子叶最佳诱导培养基为MS+2,4-D 1.0 mg/L+6-BA 0.5 mg/L;叶最佳诱导培养基为MS+2,4-D 1.0 mg/L+6-BA 0.75 mg/L.
In order to explore the effect of different hormones on the induction of different explants of Medicago sativa L.seedlings,four kinds of explants were used to induce callus,and the best induction medium of different explants was selected.The result showed that,the best medium for hypocotyl induction was MS+2,4-D 1.0 mg/L+6-BA 1.0 mg/L.The best medium for stem induction was MS+2,4-D 2.0 mg/L+6-BA 0.5 mg/L.The best medium for cotyledon induction was MS+2,4-D 1.0 mg/L+6-BA 0.5 mg/L.The best medium for leaf induction was MS+2,4-D 1.0 mg/L+6-BA 0.75 mg/L.
