贵州省医疗保障能力综合评价：基于TOPSIS、聚类、雷达图实证研究

The comprehensive evaluation of medical security capability in Guizhou province-an empirical study based on TOPSIS, clustering and radar chart

目的:分析贵州省各地区医疗保障综合能力,为政府优化医疗保障提供科学依据。方法:设计医疗保障综合能力评价体系,运用TOPSIS、聚类分析法、雷达图分析法分析。结果:9个地区按医疗保障综合能力由高到低分3个层次。第一层次为六盘水、铜仁、毕节、黔东南;第二层次为贵阳、遵义;第三层次为黔南、黔西南、安顺。结论:省内城市之间医疗保障能力有差距,应着力精准扶贫,提升农村医疗救助水平;发挥资源优势,构建一体化就医体系;探索民族医疗发展路径;优化人口结构,延缓老龄化进程。

Objective:to analyze the comprehensive ability of medical security in Guizhou province,and to provide scientific basis for the government to optimize medical security.Methods:the comprehensive ability evaluation system of medical security was designed and analyzed by TOPSIS,cluster analysis and radar chart analysis.Results:the nine regions were divided into three levels according to their comprehensive medical security ability.The first level was Liupanshui,Tongren,Bijie and Qiandongnan.The second level is Guiyang and Zunyi.The third level is south Guizhou,southwest Guizhou and Anshun.Conclusion:there are gaps among the medical security capabilities of cities within the province,so we should focus on targeted poverty alleviation and improve the level of rural medical assistance.Give full play to the advantages of resources and build an integrated medical treatment system;Explore the development path of ethnic medical treatment;Optimize the population structure and delay the aging process.
