摘要
目的:探讨集束化护理人力资源管理方案在改善临床护理工作环境、提高护士职业获益感、护理质量以及患者满意度方面的作用。方法:随机选取秦皇岛市第一医院2017年4〜9月300名护士作为对照组,2017年9月起实施集束化护理人力资源管理方案,2018年7〜12月再随机选取医院300名护士作为观察组。比较实施方案前后护理工作环境、护士职业获益感、护理质量和患者满意度的变化。结果:观察组的护理工作环境、护士职业获益感、护理质量以及患者满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:护理管理中实施集束化护理人力资源管理方案有助于改善工作环境,激发护理人员的工作积极性,提高护士职业获益感,提高护理质量和患者满意度,促进护理人力资源的科学管理。
Objective:To explore the role of cluster nursing human resource management in improving clinical nursing working environment,nurses'sense of professional benefit,quality of nursing and patients’satisfaction.Methods:From April to September 2017,randomly selected 300 nurses in the first hospital of Qinhuangdao as the control group,and implement the cluster nursing human resource management program from September 2017,then randomly selected 300 nurses in the hospital as the observation group from July to December 2018.To compare the changes of clinical nursing working environment,nurses'sense of professional benefit,quality of nursing and patients'satisfaction before and after the implementation of the program.Results:the scores of the nursing working environment,nurses'sense of professional benefit,quality of nursing and patients'satisfaction in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of cluster nursing human resource management program in nursing management can help improve the working environment,stimulate the enthusiasm of nursing staff,improve the sense of professional benefit of nurses,improve the quality of nursing and patient satisfaction,and promote the scientific management of human nursing resources.
