我国用药咨询和用药教育现状调研及补偿机制探讨 被引量:11

摘要 目的:了解国内用药咨询和用药教育开展现状,探讨补偿机制的建立措施。方法:设计调查问卷,选取国内药学服务开展具有代表性和先进经验地区的二级和三级医院为目标医院,就现阶段医院用药咨询和用药教育的开展情况、时间成本、人员专业资质等信息进行调研,具体调研对象为目标医院药学部门的科室正、副职和业务骨干。结果:经过对调研结果的筛选、清理和合并,最终调研了分布于东部、中部、西部地区的143所医院,其中三级医院65所、二级医院78所。143所调研医院中,用药咨询整体开展率为91.6%,用药教育整体开展率为74.1%;用药咨询和用药教育药师资质以药学本科及以上学历、取得中级职称、3年及以上药学工作经验为主;调研医院均未就相关工作进行收费。结论:用药咨询和用药教育是国内开展较广泛的药学服务项目,也是保障患者用药安全的主要途径,宜参考成熟经验建立相应的补偿机制,促进工作的可持续发展。 Objective: To understand the current situation of domestic medication consultation and medication education, and explore measures to establish compensation mechanisms. Methods: A questionnaire was designed, and the secondary and tertiary hospitals in areas with representative and advanced experience in domestic pharmaceutical service development were selected as target hospitals. Information on the current situation of hospital drug consultation and drug education development, time cost, and professional qualifications of personnel were selected. Investigate, the specific research objects are the department chief, deputy and business backbone of the pharmacy department of the target hospital. Results: After screening, cleaning and merging the survey results, 143 hospitals distributed in the eastern, central and western regions were investigated, including 65 Grade III hospitals and 78 Grade II hospitals. Among the 143 hospitals surveyed, the overall development rate of drug consultation was 91.6%, and the overall education rate of drug education was 74.1%. The qualifications of pharmacists for drug consultation and medication education are bachelor's degree or above in pharmacy, obtained intermediate titles, and 3 years or above in pharmaceutical work and the researched hospitals did not charge for related work. Conclusion: Medication consultation and medication education are widely used in domestic pharmaceutical service projects, and are also the main way to ensure the safety of patients. It is appropriate to refer to mature experience to establish corresponding compensation mechanisms to promote the sustainable development of work.
