摘要
“十三五”后期,学科中心化是公立医院内涵式发展需求和政府政策导向下的必然趋势,直接关系到技术水平和医疗质量,也是打造医院核心竞争力的有力举措。笔者以上海市第十人民医院为例,在总结与分析学科建设发展历程和中心化建设发展实践的基础上,剖析了学科中心化建设的经验和主要成效,提出了学科中心化作为现代医院管理新模式,能提高医院的可持续发展能力,促进学科发展转型、升级。
In the later period of the “Thirteenth Five-Year Plan”, discipline centralization is an inevitable trend under the connotative development of public hospital and the direction of government policy. It directly affects to the technical level and the quality of medical care. And it’s also a powerful measure to strength the core competitiveness of hospitals.Taking Shanghai Tenth People's Hospital as an example, this paper summarizes the development of discipline construction and the practice of discipline centralization, and analyzes the experience and major effects of centralization. It’s proposed that discipline centralization is the new model of modern hospital management, which can improve the sustainable development of the hospital and promote disciplinary transformation and upgrading.
