某办公楼楼板裂缝检测与静载试验

摘要 以某办公楼钢筋混凝土楼板为研究对象,对该楼板进行静力加载试验,以检验该楼板是否能满足正常使用要求,并得到该楼板在试验荷载作用下的荷载-曲线变形和混凝土应变及残余变形值。根据试验结果,该楼板在试验荷载下,荷载-变形曲线呈非线性变化,多数裂缝宽度在0.5mm左右,跨中最大变形23.7mm,卸载后残余变形超过最大变形的20%,说明该楼板已进入弹塑性阶段,混凝土已破坏,建议对楼板进行加固处理。 The reinforced concrete slab of an office building is taken as the research object, and the static loading test of the slab is carried out to verify whether the slab can meet the normal use requirements. And the load-curve deformation, concrete strain and residual deformation value of the slab under the test load can be obtained. According to the test results, the load-deformation curve of the slab changes nonlinearly under the test load. Most of the crack width is about 0.5 mm, the maximum deformation in the mid-span is 23.7 mm, and the residual deformation after unloading exceeds 20% of the maximum deformation. It is indicated that the slab has gone into the elastoplastic stage, the concrete has been destroyed and it is recommended that the slab should be reinforced.
