摘要 研究灌浆料中掺加PVA纤维对其工作性、强度及与变形钢筋黏结性能的影响。选取长度3mm和6mm两种PVA纤维,掺入体积分数为0.15%和0.3%,与未掺纤维的灌浆料进行对比。通过中心拉拔试验,得到黏结应力-滑移曲线。结果表明:在灌浆料中掺入PVA纤维,灌浆料的抗压强度略有提高,流动度下降。与未掺入纤维试件相比,长度3mm PVA纤维,按体积掺量0.3%加入,能够提高钢筋与灌浆料的黏结强度15.4%,相对滑移显著增加,约为未加纤维试件的2~3倍。 This paper aims to investigate the workability, compressive strength and bond behavior of the grouting material with PVA fibers. The lengths of PVA fibers used in this study were 3 mm and 6 mm, and its volume fraction were 0.15% and 0.3% respectively. The plain grouting material without PVA fiber was taken for comparison. The center pull-out test was conducted and the load-slip curves were obtained in this way. The results show that the addition of PVA fibers resulted in a slight increase in the compressive strength of grouting material, whereas the workability was decreased. Comparing with the control group, the bonding strength of the grouting material with the 3 mm length and 0.3% volume fraction increased by 15.4%, and the relative slip increased by 200% to 300%.
