摘要
本文设计的基于机器视觉的软件系统通过机器视觉对环形器进行识别,判断其各组件位置、角度,并根据需要对其进行尺寸测量、次品筛选等,然后把信息发送给机械手,使机械手完成接下来的工作,从而提高了自动化生产效率与良品率。
The software designed in this paper is based on machine vision. First it identifies the circulator by machine vision, determines the position and angle of the parts, measures the size of the parts and selects the defective products according to the needs. Then the software sends the information to the machine hand to finish the following work. Thus, the efficiency of automated production and the yield of new products are improved.
