摘要 传统粗放式项目管理在进度管控方面存在多方面问题。本文通过BIM技术在某大型地下车库项目的施工进度管控中的应用,展示BIM-3D模型构建、BIM+进度四维模拟和施工现场协同的全过程,分析BIM技术在施工进度管控中的应用优势,积累的实践经验可为同类工程提供一定的技术参考。 There are many problems in the schedule management and control of traditional extensive projects. This paper demonstrates the application process of BIM-3D model construction, BIM+progress four-dimensional simulation and construction site coordination through the application of BIM technology in the construction progress control of a large underground garage project, and analyzes the application advantages of BIM technology in construction schedule management and control. The accumulated practical experience can provide a certain technical reference for similar projects.
