在建筑工程项目中,发生几率较高的安全事故一般是人员伤亡及设备损坏,这和工程监理部门的工作关系密切。监理部门应培养安全管理责任意识,在施行各项责任监管措施的背景下,切实强化自身安全施工理念,将各种事故发生几率控制在一定范围内。本文首先对安全监理责任中存在的问题进行分析,而后详细介绍各阶段的监理责任。

In the construction projects, the safety accidents with high probability are usually casualties and equipment damage, which are closely related to the work of the engineering supervision department. Supervisory departments should cultivate a certain sense of responsibility for safety management, implement various responsibility supervision measures, enhance their own safety construction concept, and control the probability of various accidents within a certain range. In this paper, firstly, the problems existing in the responsibility of safety supervision are analyzed, and then the responsibility of supervision in each stage is introduced in detail.
