Integration and Optimum Design of Facilities Belt in the Process of Urban Road Quality Improvement

为加强城市道路品质提升过程中城市道路设施带的整合与优化,首先,列举现状城市道路设施带设置存在的问题;其次,结合道路特征及街道设计理念,分析了道路品质提升过程中,打造安全、绿色、活力、智慧的街道设施带提升所需要注意的要点,并提出了设施带改造的技术流程;最后,结合深圳市道路品质提升项目,以书城路改造为例,对其设施带进行整合和优化。结果表明,改造后的书城路慢行空间得到释放,慢行品质有较大提升,车行有序,效果符合预期。

In order to strengthen the integration and optimization of urban road facilities during the process of improving the quality of urban road.Firstly, by enumerating the existing problems in the installation of urban road facility belts.Then,combining with road characteristics and street design concepts, this paper analyses the key points that should be paid attention to in the process of improving road quality in order to create safe, green, vigorous and intelligent streets, and puts forward the technological process of facility belt transformation, so as to provides certain guidance and reference in road quality promotion. Finally, combining with the road quality improvement project in Shenzhen, taking the reconstruction of Shucheng road as an example, the facility belt is integrated and optimized. The results show that after the reconstruction, the slow traffic space of Shucheng road is released, the slow traffic quality is greatly improved, the traffic is orderly, and the overall quality is greatly improved.
