摘要
我国普通公路服务设施规划与建设明显滞后于高速公路,限制了公路交通运输系统整体服务水平。以上海市为例,密集城镇化地区大多依靠社会力量提供公路配套服务,服务管理混乱,设施配置不足。针对普通公路服务设施布设不足、缺乏规范化设计的问题,参考其他省市相关研究,提出了适宜于上海市这类用地紧张地区的普通公路服务设施布局规划。基于服务功能和设施规模的区分要求,将普通公路服务设施分为服务站、停车区和观景点三种,给出相应的设施配置建议并重点测算了停车设施规模。结合城市既有设施和服务需求,从设施间距、公路等级、设施结合三个角度提出了普通公路服务设施的布局原则要求。
Planning and construction of general highway service facilities are relatively lagging behind expressway service facilities in China, which limits the overall service level of the transportation system. Taking Shanghai as an example, most of the intensive urbanization areas rely on social forces to provide highway services with chaotic service management and inadequate facilities. In view of the inadequate layout and non-standard design of general highway service facilities, with reference to other provinces and cities related research, the research of general highway service facilities is especially suitable for such intensive urbanization areas as Shanghai. Based on the necessity of classifying service functions and facility scales, general highway service facilities are supposed to be divided into three types such as service areas, parking areas and viewpoints. The corresponding facilities allocation and the scale of parking facilities is recommended. Considering the existing facilities position and service requirements, the layout principle requirements of general highway service facilities are proposed from the perspectives of facility spacing, road grade and existing facilities.
