摘要
以上海市轨道交通1号线锦江乐园站为例,探索如何构建慢行友好的轨道交通环境。首先基于实地调研,借鉴日本、香港、深圳等国内外成功经验,总结出慢行交通与轨交换乘的三大规划设计要素:慢行网络、慢行设施和慢行环境;其次针对锦江乐园站慢行通道受阻、人行空间被占、慢行环境较差三个现实问题,从打造畅行连续的慢行系统、重组慢行空间和提升慢行环境三个方面提出相应的改善策略;最后针对慢行系统中涉及的五大关键节点,提出可实施的改造方案,着力改善锦江乐园站周边的接驳环境,提升慢行品质,最终构建畅行连续、空间宜人、绿色友好的慢行接驳系统。
This paper explores how to construct a friendly rail transit environment for slow traffic system by taking Jinjiang Paradise Station of Rail Transit Line 1 as an example. Firstly, based on field research, combined with the successful experience of Japan, Hong Kong, and Shenzhen, three main planning and design elements for transportation connection between slow traffic and rail transit such as slow traffic network, facilities and environment are summarized. Secondly, aiming at the three practical problems of Jinjiang Paradise Station, which are the obstruction of slow passage, occupied pedestrian space and poor slow environment, this paper puts forward corresponding improvement strategies from three aspects of creating continuous slow-moving system, restructuring slow-moving space and improving slow-moving environment. Finally, aiming at the five key nodes involved in the slow-moving system, this paper puts forward an implementable reform plan, focusing on improving the connecting environment around Jinjiang Paradise Station and improving the slow-moving quality. A smooth continuous, pleasant space, green and friendly slow connection system is constructed.
