摘要
为给水上机场规划工作提供一些依据,对水上机场规划的流程与方法进行详细的梳理。以海口市水上机场为例,分别采用类比法和计量经济模型法对拟建水上机场进行近期(2020年)和中期(2030年)的航空业务量预测,由此确定所需设施规模;考虑水文条件、气象条件、空域条件、净空条件、陆侧交通条件、噪声、港口与城市发展规划等综合因素的影响,从海口港三个港区对水上机场的场址进行分析比选,确定最佳场址;基于国内外相关技术标准,对水上机场设施设计和总体布局过程中的要点进行了论述与完善。研究成果为等比例绘制水上机场总平面布局图。
In order to provide some basis for the overall planning of water aerodromes, detailed analysis of the process and method of the overall design of the water aerodromes. Taking Haikou’s water aerodrome as an example, the analogy method and the econometric model method are used to predict the aviation traffic volume, and the level and scale of the aerodrome are determined. Based on hydrometeorological conditions, airspace conditions and clearance conditions, analytical comparison and selection of the site of the water aerodrome is taken. Based on relevant technical standards, the main points in the design and overall layout of the water aerodrome facilities are discussed and improved. The research result are drawn in equal proportions to the general layout of the water aerodrome.
