摘要 为解决时空消耗法参数获取难,各功能区分货类物流作业量难以确定的问题,给铁路国际物流中心的规模测算提供参考依据,对铁路国际物流中心的功能区规模测算问题进行了研究。首先,基于作业流线与功能分区的高度相关性,提出了基于作业流线的功能区规模测算方法,并根据铁路国际物流中心的作业流线,确定各功能区的物流作业量;其次,运用改进参数的时空消耗法计算中心内各物流功能区的用地面积;最后,在算例中将所提出的功能区规模测算方法进行应用,证明了该方法的适用性和可行性。 In order to solve the difficulty in obtaining the parameters of space-time consumption method and determining the logistics operation volume of each logistics function zone, so as to provide reference for the scale measurement of the railway international logistics center, a method for calculating the scale of the functional area based on the high correlation between the operation flow and the functional area is proposed in this paper. According to the operation flow of the railway international logistics center, the logistics operation volume of each functional area is determined, and then the space-time consumption method of the improved parameters is used to calculate the scale. Finally, the application of the functional area scale measurement method proposed in the paper is applied in the example, which proves the applicability and feasibility of the method.
