摘要
轨道交通运营初期客运量与其沿线土地利用关系的研究对于后续轨道沿线用地布局和轨道客流的提升具有一定指导意义。以宁波市为例,调查了轨道1号线和2号线50个站点的土地利用性质和土地开发强度,研究了轨道站点周边800m用地开发容积率和站点客流之间的关系,并通过手机信令手段获取轨道东门口站和大卿桥站的站点客流分布情况,统计分析了站点客流与用地性质和建筑开发量之间的关系。研究结果表明:宁波轨道沿线用地开发率较低,平均容积率仅1.1;当站点周边平均容积率超过1.5,单位建筑面积日均进出站客流将呈现成倍增长。
The study of the relationship between passenger traffic volumes in early operation of rail transport and the surrounding land use has certain directive meaning toward the subsequent development of land use and the increase of passenger traffic volumes. Based on the case of Ningbo, this research investigates the land use and development intensity around 50 stations on Ningbo Metro line 1 and line 2, and studies the relationship between the development capacity of 800 metres land and the passenger flow around the track site, and obtains the passenger flow distribution of the station at the East gate station and Daqingqiao station by means of mobile phone signaling. Research findings indicate that the floor area ratio with the surrounding land use of rail transport is low, the average floor area ratio is only 1.1. when the floor area ratio bigger than 1.5, the average passengers’ loading/unloading demand per floor area increase more than twofold.
