基于SOLOMO模式的城市交通监管平台设计研究

摘要 城市交通监管平台通过丰富的信息化手段,实现城市公共交通拥堵的治理,保障交通资源有效利用,促进城市交通管理有序,统筹城市交通规划建设,对于促进城市交通可持续发展具有重要战略意义。本文从城市交通监管系统的技术沿革入手,梳理了智能时代交通监管平台设计面临的问题和挑战。通过借鉴社交化、本地化、移动化的SOLOMO(Social,Local,Mobile)模式经验方法,站在全局设计规划角度,找出适应城市交通监管平台可持续发展的路径选择,并以郑州市为例进行轻量级监管平台的开发探索实践。运用自然语言处理(Natural Language Processing)、定位服务(Location-based Service)、时间序列分析等技术,在交通监管社交化、本地化和移动化三方面设计高可用系统改善措施。本文最后提出了从技术和管理两个层面上携手升级的方法,实现监管平台可持续升级,助力监管效能不断提高。 Urban transit monitoring platforms as sort of Intelligent Transport System,achieve governance of urban traffic congestion and guarantee transit efficiency.These monitoring platforms also promote transit management,planning and construction in order,which appear to be the significant factor in unban transit sustainable development.This research introduces the technical evolution of urban traffic monitoring system,and the sort of problems and challenges in the era of intelligent traffic monitoring platform designing procedure.To address this problem,this research suggests a novel path through social,localization,mobile(SOLOMO)mode empirical methods,and draws upon the case study of Zhengzhou.It applies Natural Language Processing,Location-based Service,Time-series Analysis and other techniques,makes improvements in the system design.Finally,this research proposes a way for technology and management cooperation.It implements sustainable monitoring platform upgrades,and helps with urban transit supervision.
