基于文献计量学的我国全科医生法律保障研究现状分析

Analysis of the legal protection for general practitioners in China based on bibliometric method

目的:分析国内全科医生相关法律问题研究的发展现状,为立法保障全科医生发展提供建议和参考。方法:应用文献计量法,在中国知网、万方数据库、维普网以"全科医生"或"家庭医生"或"社区医生"和"立法"或"法律"为主题、篇名、关键词检索相关文献,利用NoteExpress和Excel进行统计分析。结果:2018年相关文献发表量最多;《中国全科医学》杂志社刊载相关文献数量最多;文献内容可分为国内全科医生发展现状中涉及的法律问题、国家卫生系统发展中的全科医生相关立法需求、全科医生法律保障的域外经验及其启示3大类。结论:国内针对全科医生法律保障问题的研究数量整体呈上升趋势并与国家相关政策发布有关;文献第一作者地址集中于社区卫生服务发展较典型的地区;全科医生法律保障问题相关研究数量较少,但涉及内容广泛。

Objectives: To give reference and suggestions on GP legal protection by analyzing the development status of research on legal issues related to general practitioners in China. Method: Applied bibliometric method. Search for relevant literature in China Knowledge Network, Wanfang Database, and Weipu Network with the theme or title or keyword of "general practitioner" or "family doctor" or "community doctor" and "legislation" or "legal". Using the NoteExpress and Excel to do the statistical analysis. Results: 2018 is the year with the most published literature. "Chinese General Practice" magazine has the largest number of related documents. The contents of the literature can be divided into the three types: legal issues involved in the current development of general practitioners in China, the relevant legislative requirements of general practitioners in the development of national health systems, the extraterritorial experience of GPs and their implications for China. Conclusion: The number of studies on the legal protection of GPs in China is generally on the rise and related to the release of relevant national policies. The first author’s address is concentrated in areas where community health services are more typical. There are a small number of studies related to the legal protection of GPs, but they cover a wide range of topics.
