含铬革屑制备工业明胶的提胶工艺探究 被引量:1

摘要 利用含铬革屑制备工业明胶,其最主要的目的是解决危险的固体废弃物,实现资源化再利用。其中提胶是最关键的一步,本文是对含铬革屑进行提胶工艺的探究。影响提胶工艺的主要因素有提胶的液比、温度、时间以及水解时的pH。通过比较所得工业明胶的黏度以及得率来确定最佳的提胶工艺,其工艺为:提胶液比为6,温度为100℃,时间为6 h,pH为8。 Preparation of industrial gelatin using chrome shavings,the main purpose of which was to solve dangerous solid waste and realized resource recycling.The stripping was the most critical process.This article was an inquiry into the extraction process of chromium-containing leather scraps.The liquid ratio of the stripping,the temperature,time and pH during hydrolysis were the main factors affecting the extraction process.The best glue extraction process was determined by comparing the viscosity and yield of the obtained industrial gelatin,the optimum processes were as follows:the ratio of the stripping solution was 6,the temperature was 100℃,the time was 6 h,and the pHwas 8.
