职业能力培育视域下的汽车钣金维修职业安全的研究

当前汽车行业正处在加速变革的新征程,电动化、智能化、共享化等新技术、新模式正在引发汽车产业结构的深刻变革。汽车与交通、城市的协同发展成为新的战略需求。汽车钣金维修工种作为稀缺工种,其存在的专技人才不足,职业安全问题突出等问题亟待有效的解决方案。汽车钣金维修工艺、技术、设备的更新对从业人员的职业能力提出了极高的要求,文章立足职业教育校企合作和职业能力培育的实践,以职业安全为切口,分析研究职业能力培育视域下的汽车钣金维修职业安全的若干问题,旨在助力职业学校专技人才培养模式的探究工作,助力更多的新手早日成长为能手、高手。

At present,the automotive industry is on a new journey to accelerate change.New technologies and models such as electrification,intelligence,and sharing are triggering profound changes in the structure of the automotive industry.The coordinated development of automobiles,transportation,and cities has become a new strategic requirement.As a rare type of work,automotive sheet metal repairs are inadequate in terms of specialized technical personnel and prominent occupational safety issues,which urgently require effective solutions.The updating of automotive sheet metal repair processes,technolo-gies,and equipment places extremely high demands on the professional ability of employees.Based on the practice of vocational education,school-enterprise cooperation,and professional ability cultivation,this article uses occupational safety as the incision to analyze and study the professional ability development vision Several issues in the field of automotive sheet metal repair occupational safety are aimed at assisting the exploration of vocational school specialist training models,and helping more novices grow up to become proficient and expert at an early date.
