摘要 采用一步水热法制备ZnO光催化剂,通过单因素实验探究水热温度、水热时间、CTAB投加量对ZnO光催化活性的影响规律.结果表明,ZnO的最佳制备工艺条件为:水热温度140℃、水热时间2h、CTAB投加量为1.5g.此条件下制得的ZnO样品在紫外光照射下,2h对罗丹明B模拟废水的降解效率可达95%.SEM和XRD的结果显示,最佳制备工艺条件下得到的ZnO具有均匀的粒径,粒径约为40~50nm,而且制得的样品纯度较高. Preparation of ZnO photocatalyst by one-step hydrothermal method,the effects of hydrothermal temperature,hydrothermal time and CTAB dosage on the photocatalytic activity of ZnO were investigated by single factor experiments. The results showed that the optimum preparation conditions of ZnO were: hydrothermal temperature 140 ℃,hydrothermal time 2 h,and CTAB dosage was 1. 5 g. ZnO samples prepared under this condition were exposed to ultraviolet light,the degradation efficiency of rhodamine B simulated wastewater could reach95% under 2 hours. The results of SEM and XRD showed that the Zn O obtained under the optimum preparation conditions has the uniform particle diameter,the particle diameter was about 40 ~ 50 nm,and the prepared sample has higher purity.
