摘要 在大数据时代,信息的快速更迭及其形式的复杂度使得网络用户寻求有用信息需花费更多的精力与时间.对于旅游业而言,传统的线下共性多、个性少的特性已不再满足人们的需求,旅游业必将朝着多元化、个性化、智能化的方向发展.针对个性化旅游问题,通过网络爬虫技术获取携程网上基于乌镇旅游的100篇游记,经过分词处理及词频统计后,采用Rost CM6软件与图悦软件对游记进行可视化处理及复杂语义网络分析.研究不同类型游客对乌镇的个性化旅游偏好,并基于研究结果为乌镇旅游产品提升和可持续发展提供可行性建议. In the era of big data,the rapid change of information and the complexity of its forms make it more effort and time for network users to seek useful information. For the tourism industry, the traditional offline characteristics of more commonality and less personality no longer meet people’s needs,and the tourism industry will inevitably develop in the direction of diversification,personalization and intelligence. Aiming at the personalized tourism problem,100 travel notes based on Wuzhen Tourism on Ctrip. com were obtained through web crawler technology in this paper. After word segmentation and word frequency statistics,Rost CM6 software and Tuyue software were used to visually process the travel notes and analyze the complex semantic network. Studied the personalized tourism preferences of different types of tourists to Wuzhen,and provided feasibility suggestions for the promotion and sustainable development of Wuzhen’s tourism products based on the research results.
