摘要 为避免连续梁体混凝土常出现裂缝、蜂窝、混凝土松散、钢筋外露等几类混凝土质量缺陷,满足大跨径现浇型连续梁体钢筋混凝土高质量要求,根据沙特麦加轻轨阿拉法特-1连续梁缺陷的修复施工方案设计、施工措施及技术要求、施工组织安排及现场安全管理措施进行阐述,并通过工程试验及实践,分类提出了处理此类砼缺陷的技术措施,总结连续梁缺陷整治施工工艺,提出了针对性的修复补强处理施工技术方案,确保桥梁耐久安全,取得了很好的效果,为同类型的施工方案进行借鉴和指导. In order to avoid cracks,honeycombs,loose concrete,exposed reinforcement and other concrete quality defects of beam concrete,and meet the high quality requirements of long-span cast-in-place continuous beam reinforced concrete,this paper studied according to the repair construction scheme design,construction measures and technical requirements,construction organization arrangement and site safety management of the defects of arafat-1 continuous beam of Saudi Arabia Mecca light rail. The measures were elaborated carefully,and through the engineering test and practice,the technical measures to deal with such concrete defects were put forward by classification,the construction technology of continuous beam defect treatment was summarized,and the construction technology scheme of targeted repair and reinforcement treatment was put forward to ensure the durability and safety of the bridge,and good results were achieved,which can be used for reference and guidance by the same type of construction scheme.
