“三农”是国家在新时代新农村建设过程中围绕凸显出来的一系列问题提出的一个新词汇。文章围绕“三农”人员能力素质与乡村发展问题展开讨论,提出几点思考,旨在进一步推进我国的新农村建设朝着更好的方向不断发展。

“Agriculture,rural areas and farmers”is a new vocabulary put forward by the state in the process of new rural construction in the new era.This paper discusses the ability and quality of the“agriculture,rural areas and farmers”personnel and rural development,and puts forward some thoughts,aiming to further promote the new rural construction in China to develop in a better direction.
