浅析美国大学图书馆的“研究冲刺”

Analysis on the “Research Sprint” in American University Libraries

作为一种新颖的信息服务模式,美国堪萨斯大学图书馆提出的研究冲刺模式有效地解决了图书馆员与教师之间无法形成高效率合作的问题。这种短时间集中合作办公的方式,不仅可以帮助教师快速高效地攻克项目难关,也能够实现图书馆员信息服务技能的完全发挥。在开展研究冲刺工作的过程中,图书馆员与教师的联系更加紧密,大学图书馆的知名度也得以提升。通过分析美国堪萨斯大学图书馆实施研究冲刺的流程,探索了国内大学图书馆开展研究冲刺的可行性。

As a new information service model,the research sprint model proposed by the Library of the University of Kansas in USA effectively solves the problem of the efficient cooperation between librarians and teachers that cannot be formed. Such a short-time centralized cooperative office working way can not only help teachers to overcome project difficulties quickly and efficiently,but also realize the full display of information service skills of librarians. In the process of carrying out the research sprint,librarians and teachers are more closely linked,and the popularity of university libraries is also enhanced. Through analyzing the process of the research sprint implemented by the Library of the University of Kansas in USA,this paper explores the feasibility of carrying out the research sprint in domestic university libraries.
