Tung oil is an important specialty and strategic material in China. In order to expand exports and meet the needs of western developed countries for tung oil, after the outbreak of the Anti-Japanese War, the national government adopted a series of measures from the central and local levels to promote the cause of planting tung trees in various provinces and achieved good results.
