摘要
本文在阐述当前蒙古族饮食制作技艺文献整理现状的基础上,收集整理了记录蒙古族各类传统饮食制作技艺的古代汉籍文献。经研究发现,这一研究仍属初级阶段,现有研究成果并不多见;相关饮食制作技艺的文献体系尚未建立,专业人士及团队建设不足;相关古代汉籍文献较少,多以宋元时期的史籍为主。最后,根据现存实际问题,本文对文献的收集整理工作提出了几点建议,希冀能够在文献资料方面为蒙古族饮食文献体系的构建发挥一定作用。
On the basis of expounding the present documents, this paper collects and collates ancient Han documents on Mongolian dietary making techniques. It is found that researches were still in their infancy with few findings generated;document system of related dietary making techniques had not been established yet due to insufficient professionals and teams;relevant Han ancient documents were rare, most of which were from Song and Yuan dynasties. Finally, according to the existing problems, the essay is meant to offer some suggestions on the document collection, in order to promote the construction of Mongolian dietary documents system.
