现代中国农学家群体状况研究

Study on Agronomists Group Status in Modern China

自古以来中国就是一个农业大国,以农为本,农业作为国民经济的基础,农业的发展直接关系着人们的生活水平和社会稳定,农学家一直是推动农业发展的重要力量。本文通过对现代中国农学家的认定标准、年龄构成、学位结构、学成年龄、出生地域、家庭背景以及留学状况等方面信息,进行定量统计,得出关于现代中国农学家群体状况的某些一般性结论,对当前我国农业人才的培养和农业政策的制定具有一定的参考价值。

China has been a large agricultural country since ancient times. Agriculture is regarded as the basis of national economy with its development directly related to people’s living standard and social stability and agronomists are considered as a major drive for the development of agriculture. Therefore, through quantitative statistics on the identification standard, age composition, degree structure, academic age, birth area, family background and study abroad status of modern Chinese agronomists, this paper obtains some general conclusions about the status of modern Chinese agronomists, which has certain reference value for the cultivation of agricultural talents and the formulation of agricultural policies in China.
