浅议烙马印——以汗血宝马烙马印为例

A Preliminary Discussion on Branded Horse Stamp:Taking Print Branded on Ferghana Horse(Bloody-Sweat-Horse) as An Example

已知存世的烙马印数量极少,根据烙马印形制文字的不同,已有研究成果分别从马政和书法篆刻研究讨论了烙马印的历史作用和艺术价值。本文结合现存十枚铸有具体文字的烙马印,具体分析汗血宝马烙马印的形制、文字等,及其在古丝绸之路上独特的历史文化价值。

It is known that there are very few branded-horse stamps in the world. According to the different shapes and characters in the stamps, the existing researches have discussed the historical function and artistic value of branded-horse stamps by studying horse policy and calligraphy seal cutting respectively. Based on the ten existing branded-horse stamps with specific characters, this paper specifically analyzes the shapes, characters, etc. of the branded-horse stamps for ferghana horses(bloody-sweat-horses) and their unique historical and cultural values on the ancient Silk Road.
