摘要 工作世界的变化推动了反性骚扰的进程。国际劳工大会通过的《关于消除工作世界中的暴力和骚扰的公约》(第109号)使用了"工作世界"这一概念,将工作世界中的暴力和骚扰置于全球化、信息革命和不稳定工作的大背景之下。以美国反性骚扰的历史为例,分析在工作世界的变化中,性别意识提升和性别气质对反骚扰的挑战,期待国际劳工组织的190号公约能够深入推动中国反骚扰工作的制度化。 The latest changes in the world of work have fundamentally transformed the development direction of anti-sexual harassment in the workplace. The International Labour Convention on the Elimination of Violence and Harassmentinthe Worldof Work(No.109)put forward the concept of the world of work,whichplacedworkplace-related sexual harassment and violence against the background of globalization,information revolution and precarious conditions in the workplace. Taking the history of anti-sexual harassment in the US as an example,the dissertation makes an analysis of the improvement of gender awareness and the challenges generated from gender temperament to the cause of anti-sexual harassment amid the changes of the world of work. It is highly anticipated that the 109 th convention of the International Labour Organization will fundamentally promote the institutional development of anti-sexual harassment work in China.
