摘要
恶臭为环境中产生的各种让人嗅觉不舒服的气味,恶臭污染严重影响人们的生活环境、生活质量及身体健康。文中介绍的智能恶臭测定仪为恶臭气体自动化检测仪器,其嗅杯转动装置与进气胶管连接,嗅杯转动过程中,胶管容易拧结缠连变形,对恶臭检测过程和结果产生不良影响。新型嗅杯转动装置将转盘设计成混气阀上下盖分离结构形式,混气阀下盖与机体板固定,混气阀上盖与嗅杯一起转动。该结构采用唇形密封设计,结构紧凑,密封性好,能够很好地解决恶臭气体检测时因嗅杯转动造成的胶管拧结缠连等问题。
Stink is a variety of smells that are unpleasant in the environment. Stink pollution seriously affects people’s living environment, quality of life and health. The intelligent stink measuring instrument is a stink gas automatic detecting instrument, and the olfactory cup rotating device is connected with the air inlet hose. During the rotation of the olfactory cup, the rubber tube is easily twisted and deformed, which has an adverse effect on the stink detection process and the result. In the new olfactory cup rotating device, the turntable is designed as a separate structure of the upper and lower cover of the mixing valve, the lower cover of the mixing valve is fixed with the body plate, and the upper cover of the mixing valve rotates together with the olfactory cup. The structure adopts a lip seal design, which has a compact structure and good sealing performance, and can well solve problems such as a hose twisting caused by the rotation of the olfactory cup during the detection of the stink gas.
