摘要
采用铁钻工对修井作业的管柱上卸扣时,由于管柱中心与井口中心不重合,造成管柱上/卸扣时剥皮、打滑,油管旋扣时偏扣等问题,同时也影响作业效率。文中提出一种修井铁钻工找中机构,可实现左右、前后两个方向自动找中,为修井铁钻工的推广应用提供了有力支撑。
When iron roughneck is used to make-up and breakout a well workover, the string center does not coincide with the wellhead center, which causes problems such as peeling, slipping, and deflection during make-up. It also affects operation efficiency. This paper proposes the well workover iron roughneck centring mechanism, which realizes automatic centring in the left, right, and front and back directions, and provides strong support for the promotion and application of well workover iron roughneck.
