摘要
针对传统的筋板框架天线结构所带来的结构复杂、零部件较多、表面精度低等特点。在满足雷达天线结构性能指标的前提下,对天线骨架的结构组成、结构形式等方面进行优化设计与工程实践,以实现雷达天线刚度好、质量轻、结构简洁、维护方便等目标。对类似天线结构设计具有一定的借鉴作用。
The traditional rib frame antenna structure has the characteristics of complex structure, many components and low surface precision. Under the premise of satisfying the performance index of radar antenna structure, this paper optimizes the design and engineering practice of the antenna frame’s composition and structure to achieve the radar antenna’s rigidity, light weight, simple structure and convenient maintenance. It has certain reference for the subsequent similar antenna structure design.
